Only you (the account owner) and authorized users (students can see their own submissions, teachers can see their students' submissions) have access to specific data.

- Administrators: Have access to platform-wide settings but not individual test content
- Checkmate Developers: Do NOT have access to user accounts, tests, or student data

- Test data: Teachers control retention; can delete anytime
- Student submissions: Retained until teacher deletes the test
